Update on school reopening
Schools are important for children’s education. Safety measures lower the risk of getting COVID-19 in school.

  • Public schools for grades K-5 will offer in-person instruction as of March 29.
  • Public schools for grades 6-12 will offer in-person instruction on or before April 19.

Emergency childcare is currently available. To get help finding emergency childcare, call 2-1-1 or visit the link below.

These emergency programs should be reserved for those who most need it, like health care workers, first responders, and other essential workers.
